I can testify to this. Sleep is nearly impossible when our natural rhythms are thrown off. After YEARS of getting up at 3am and trying to get 8 hours of sleep at night have failed miserably the weight comes on and the health falls. But you need me in the mornings so I continue to put myself at risk. It’s like she has heard my show!!! She is exactly right and no one can debate her points because they are concrete.
