TODAY’S GENIUS AWARD GOES TO . . . . . . .
Valbona Yzeiraj, 45, a New York office manager, who was arrested for posing as a dentist when the real dentist was away.
She seriously injured several patients after pulling their teeth, performing root canals on them, and injecting their mouths.
Yzeiraj claimed to police that she trained as a dentist in her native Albania, but she was still arrested because she isn’t licensed or trained in New York.
She’s faced with five counts of unauthorized practice of a profession, four counts of assault, three counts of reckless endangerment, and one count of attempted grand larceny.
OR HOW ABOUT …..
Three Texas cops, who let a college student off the hook for underage drinking because she beat one of them in rock-paper-scissors.
A video was posted on Facebook that showed a girl winning a round of rock-paper-scissors against an officer.
Relieved, the girl holds her face as those around her cheer and the officers walk away.
Apparently her win got her out of a minor in possession citation, which is punishable by a maximum $500 fine, community service, and a driver’s license suspension.
One of the officers, Chris Ashwood, has been placed on 90-day probation and barred from working next year’s Chilifest.
OKAY, ONE MORE …..
36-year-old Andrew O’Clee of Surrey, England, who was busted for bigamy after his wife discovered his second wife while watching an Ice Bucket Challenge video.
O’Clee accepted a challenge from a relative of his secret wife who then posted the video on Facebook.
His wife saw it and did some digging around, only to find he had married a second woman unbeknownst to her.
Although she’d just had a child with him, she decided to divorce him.
Wife number 2 is staying with him, but not until he serves 8 months in jail for bigamy.
