The Cape Girardeau Police Department have the second suspect in a weekend armed robbery in custody. 19-year old Sumner Kyle Foster and 20-year old Tarrington Lareese Marks, both of Cape Girardeau are suspected in the case from Saturday. Police received a call at 5:41 p.m. that two suspects robbed a person near the intersection of Independence and Main streets. Police saw two black males running from the area. Officers searched the area along Spanish, Main and Broadway. Marks was found hiding under a porch near the intersection of Broadway and Spanish and was arrested. Police say the suspects had a handgun and took the victim’s wallet. Police say both suspects and the victim know each other. Both Foster and Marks are being charged with robbery and armed criminal action, with bond set at $50,000 cash only each.
