TODAY’S GENIUS AWARD GOES TO . . . . . . .
Tracy McCloud, 44, an Alliance, Ohio woman who was arrested for calling 911 about her Chinese food order.
McCloud told the operator that the food she ordered from the Main Moon restaurant was not up to her liking.
Police say McCloud used 911 knowing there was no actual emergency, so they arrested her.
Misuse of 911 is a fourth degree felony and she’s scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
AND THEN THERE’S …..
An unidentified man in Berlin, Germany, who was arrested for throwing his bicycle through a restaurant window because it was closed and he was thirsty.
Neighbors of the restaurant alerted police after they heard the window smash in the middle of the night.
When police arrived, they found him drinking Tabasco sauce from a bottle, which he said he was doing to quench his thirst.
Police believe he mistook the Tabasco for a tiny bottle of German liquor, but arrested him nonetheless.
