Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says a major supplier of methamphetamine in the county was arrested after a late night search in Mayfield. 27-year-old Ambrocio Garcia-Oronia was charged with first degree trafficking a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, firearm enhanced and possession of drug paraphernalia. He says with this arrest, several of the small drug dealers have been cut off from their supply. Deputies arrived at the home on 16th Street where Garcia-Oronia lived with his wife and three children on June 2. Redmon says more than 2 pounds of meth was found, along with several baggies and digital scales. Deputies seized in excess of $10,000 and three handguns during the raid. Redmon says the street value of the meth at per gram price is $89,600. Garcia-Oronia was taken to the Graves County Jail.
