A narcotics investigation leaves a Mississippi County man facing felony drug charges. Officers said they received a tip that 50 year old Charles Aycock of Bertrand MO was involved in the cultivation of marijuana plants at a residence. After acquiring a search warrant, officers found the plants, a small amount of methamphetamine and various items of drug paraphernalia indicative of marijuana cultivation taking place within the home. Aycock was arrested and taken to the Mississippi County Detention Center. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Manufacture of Less than 35 grams of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
