A Wyatt, Mo., man faces drug charges following an arrest in Miner on Saturday. Reports from the standard democrat says that at 8:10 a.m. an officer stopped 36 year old Eric Dowell for speeding on Matthews Lane in Miner. During the course of the stop, the officer detected an odor of narcotics coming from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation led to the discovery of a very large quantity of “very dangerous” narcotics and an undisclosed amount of cash. Dowell, was charged with three felony counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance. His Bond was set at $100,000 cash-only.
