Vehicle fully engulfed in flames in Butler County

A truck was in flames on a highway in Butler County on Tuesday morning. The Butler County Fire Department responded to a call of a vehicle fire on US Highway 60 east, about four miles from Poplar Bluff. The vehicle was found fully engulfed in flames by the time firefighter crews arrived at the scene. The truck was destroyed by the fire, however no injuries were reported. The cause of the flame is currently under investigation.
