47-year old Timothy Lamont Easton of Charleston was charged with kidnapping, domestic assault and sodomy Sunday afternoon. Director of Charleston DPS, Robert Hearnes says a report of a domestic assault was filed after a woman says she was allegedly held against her will by Easton at a Charleston home and beaten. Easton also allegedly tried to force the victim to have sex with him. He is currently at the Mississippi County Jail. His bond was set at $250,000 cash only.
