Mississippi County Sheriff Keith Moore says a woman was arrested on charges of burglary and property damage yesterday. Deputy Alvin Marcum responded to a burglary in progress at Oakley’s Market in Wyatt. While he was obtaining evidence, he received a report of another burglary in Wyatt. Upon his arrival to the second burglary, Marcum was able to obtain a description of the suspect. When he returned to the original burglary, there was a third burglary in progress in Wyatt. Marcum located the suspect, identified as Brenda G. Lloyd. He was also able to obtain a video surveillance from Oakley’s Market showing it being broken into by Lloyd. She was arrested charged with burglary in the first-degree, property damage in the second-degree and stealing. Her bond was set at $75,000 cash or surety.
