A rural Farmington man has been charged after the Mineral Area Drug Task Force found 20 LBs of marijuana in his possession. 59 year old, Michael Rapert is charged with five class B felonies of Possession of controlled substance with the intent to distribute. A probable cause statement says on June 1st the task force was in Ste. Genevieve County Conducting a narcotics investigation. Authorities found 20 LBs of marijuana and $50,921. Officers also found prescription pills, morphine, suboxone (sub-box-in), alprazolam (Al-pray-za-lam), and Hydrocodone. Rapert bond is set at $100,000 cash or surety.
