Perry County sheriff’s deputies arrested two people in possession of seven different types of drugs Tuesday. The Perry County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged 37-year old Peggy Ann Korn and 32-year old Aaron Robert McDowell, both of Perryville, with three counts of intent to distribute a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Their bonds were set at $25,000 cash or surety. Korn was the passenger in a car with Robert Little when deputies stopped them about 3 p.m. Tuesday because Little was wanted for questioning in a trespassing case. A probable-cause statement says detectives found a bag of methamphetamine in Little’s pocket, and Korn’s purse held a digital scale and 10 baggies containing a gram of marijuana each. Korn also had an ounce of methamphetamine, five Adderall pills, five hydrocodone pills, one oxycodone pill and one clonzepam pill in a makeup pouch. McDowell admitted all the drugs belonged to him and came from his bedroom.
