A Utah couple, who didn’t realize they returned home from a corn maze minus their three-year-old until the next morning.
Police say the child was apparently left behind while visiting the Crazy Corn Maze in the Salt Lake City suburb of West Jordan with a large family group.
The child was cold and frightened, but unhurt when a Good Samaritan found him at the maze and brought him out.
Police say the mother later arrived at the police station with about 10 children.
No charges have been filed, but investigators are trying to determine was it purely an accident or what where the circumstances?
AND THEN THERE’S …..
Seth Taylor, 38, Clearwater Florida’s community redevelopment agency director, who was placed on administrative leave after he got drunk at an Oktoberfest event, crashed a golf cart into some tables at an outdoor restaurant then began choking a patron for filming it.
Ryan Waller filmed Taylor driving the golf cart at night on the sidewalk, without headlights.
Taylor crashed into tables and plants, screaming they were not Americans and should be moved.
Employees asked Taylor to leave, but he became belligerent.
According to Waller, “He put his hand up when he noticed me recording and said, What are you, a Scientologist?” Taylor then approached, put Waller in a rear choke hold and pulled him out of his chair.
Waller, who is an Army Reservist, with combat training, was able to break the hold.
Police responded and arrested Taylor.
City manager Bill Horne said, “An exit decision has been made.
He will be leaving the city.
What’s not finalized is how he’s going to do that.”
Horne said it will be decided today whether Taylor will resign or be fired.

William Joe Johnson, 26, who learned if you’re going to rob a bank, you might want delete your Google history that shows you looked up the phrase “how to rob a bank.”
Johnson robbed a bank in Florida, implying to the teller he had a gun.
He took off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
However, police found him at a local motel.
In an interview with deputies, Johnson admitted to robbing the bank and told officials he needed money.
So, he looked up on Google “how to rob a bank.”
He spent the money from the robbery on rent, bills and a drug binge.
He was arrested and booked into jail on one count of robbery.
OKAY, ONE MORE …..
Tyler Tyson, 19, and Owen Lardizzone, 18, who were arrested after they refused to pull up and park while they waited for their food at a Florida Taco Bell.
The two were told to pull up and park and an employee would bring out their order.
They refused saying they didn’t care about all the cars behind them. Everyone else could just wait.
This caused other customers to get angry and someone called the police.
When police arrived, they spotted the duo walking around the parking lot yelling obscenities at people.
They were arrested for disturbing the peace.
Lardizzone was also charged with resisting arrest.
As an added bonus, their car had a bogus license plate, so they could be facing a fine.
